Botslab Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

Orders placed on the Botslab official website are shipped exclusively to the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for most U.S. addresses.
  • Orders shipped to Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.

The total amount at checkout covers the product cost and shipping fees (if applicable). Botslab is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using our online tracking page.

Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Orders are dispatched within two business days, except for pre-orders (refer to the estimated shipping date for pre-order items).
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot change the address or reroute the shipment. Any losses due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery & Order Acceptance

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned, a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment.
  • If you accept the package but suspect damage, sign for it as "UNCHECKED" and contact us immediately.

Order Issues & Support

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping time. If the delay is unsatisfactory, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us.
