Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders placed on the Botslab official website to most regions in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Shipping to certain remote locations may require an additional surcharge based on carrier fees.

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur an additional fee based on carrier charges.

The total amount shown at checkout includes product cost and any shipping fees (if applicable).

Botslab is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be assessed by local customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may track your shipment using our online tracking page.
Shipping & Delivery Terms

Orders are dispatched within two business days, excluding pre-orders (please refer to the estimated shipping date for those items).

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to modify the address or reroute the parcel.

Any loss or delay caused by incorrect address information will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery & Order Acceptance

A signature may be required upon delivery.

If no one is available, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup.

If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, a reshipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your package upon arrival.

If the package appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery.

If you accept the package but suspect damage, please sign as “UNCHECKED” and contact us right away.

If an item becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you with an updated shipping estimate. If the new timeline does not work for you, you are welcome to request a full refund.
