Warranty Period
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all new products and a 1-year warranty on certified refurbished products. If you register your new or refurbished device within the warranty period, you will receive an additional 6 months of coverage.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Replacement products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels, including our official online store, authorized agents, distributors, retailers, and offline stores.
For products purchased from third parties, please contact the seller directly for warranty service.
End-of-life (EOL) products will receive software support, including security updates, for at least 1 additional year from the EOL date.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, abuse, or disassembly.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, power outages, or electrical accidents.
- Damage caused by non-branded batteries.
- Damage due to extreme temperatures, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Products that have been painted or tampered with.
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels or lost/stolen products.
- Refunds and Replacements
3.1 Refunds
Refund requests must meet the following criteria:
- Must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our official online store. For purchases from authorized agents, distributors, retailers, or third-party sellers, please contact the original purchase channel.
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- If the return is due to a Dead on Arrival (DOA) product or quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost, except for international returns due to personal reasons.
- Returns must include all products and accessories and be sent via a trackable shipping method; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
- Refurbished products are not eligible for refunds.
3.2 Replacements
If a product malfunctions within the warranty period, you may return it for a replacement.
- Only the same model will be supplied unless it is out of stock, in which case a similar product will be offered. If a higher-value product is selected, the customer must pay the price difference.
- We reserve the right to provide either a new or refurbished replacement unit. Purchases made within 30 days will be replaced with new units, while refurbished products will be replaced with refurbished units.
- For purchases made from authorized agents, distributors, retailers, or third-party sellers, please contact the original purchase channel for replacements.
- For replacement requests due to quality issues within 30 days of purchase, we cover both-way shipping costs. For personal reasons, the customer covers the return shipping cost, while we cover the replacement shipping cost.
- For quality-related replacements after 30 days, the customer covers the return shipping cost, while we cover the replacement shipping cost. For personal reasons, the customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs.
- If the product is taken outside the country or region of purchase, the customer covers both-way shipping costs.
- We do not cover any taxes, handling fees, customs fees, VAT, or other charges incurred during the replacement process.

Return Process
All return requests must be authorized by Botslab's technical support team.
- Submit a warranty request.
- Our technical support team will authorize the return after troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Provide a valid original purchase invoice or proof of purchase, including the purchase date, model, quantity, and seller.
- You will receive a warranty solution confirmation via email.
- Ship the product to the designated warehouse and provide the tracking number.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.
Additional Notes:
- Warranty requests are valid for 90 days from the date of submission. Products must be returned within this period.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable method. If there is no tracking status and the product is not received, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement.
- For DOA or quality issues within 30 days, we provide a return shipping label or reimburse shipping costs upon receipt. The maximum refundable shipping cost varies; please contact support for details.
- Returned products must not be shipped via collect shipments or delivered in person to the warehouse.
- Before returning, remove any SIM cards, microSD cards, or external storage media. We are not responsible for any data loss or retrieval of these items.
- All returned products will be inspected. Incorrectly returned items or personal belongings will not qualify for return or exchange and will not be sent back.
- Disclaimer
- We do not cover third-party fees, such as installation, disassembly, shipping, customs, VAT, or handling fees.
- We are not responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage, including data loss, property damage, or loss of profits.
- Unauthorized returns may result in additional charges.
- This policy is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the country of purchase. Your rights may vary by location.
