Terms of Service
Article 1: Service Definition
- 1.1 “Quick Return and Exchange” refers to Botslab’s 10-minute manual response and prioritized handling of eligible after-sales requests.
- 1.2 Response time: Within 10 minutes. Processing: Completed within 3 working days after valid submission.
Article 2: Scope of Services
- 2.1 Applicable Scenarios: Product quality issues, mismatched descriptions, logistics damage, within-warranty repair.
- 2.2 Applicable Models: R811, R810, G980H Series, W510, W520.
- 2.3 Channels: Only for online purchases (offline purchases excluded).
- 2.4 Service Type: Fast processing of return/exchange after manual review.
Article 3: User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and complete info: order number, issue details, and proof (photo/video/test report).
Article 4: Platform Responsibilities
- 4.1 Commitment: Applications that meet the criteria will be handled on time.

- Refund delays caused by banks or payment processors
