Terms of Service

Article 1: Service Definition

  • 1.1 “Quick Return and Exchange” refers to Botslab’s 10-minute manual response and prioritized handling of eligible after-sales requests.
  • 1.2 Response time: Within 10 minutes. Processing: Completed within 3 working days after valid submission.

Article 2: Scope of Services

  • 2.1 Applicable Scenarios: Product quality issues, mismatched descriptions, logistics damage, within-warranty repair.
  • 2.2 Applicable Models: R811, R810, G980H Series, W510, W520.
  • 2.3 Channels: Only for online purchases (offline purchases excluded).
  • 2.4 Service Type: Fast processing of return/exchange after manual review.

Article 3: User Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate and complete info: order number, issue details, and proof (photo/video/test report).

Article 4: Platform Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Commitment: Applications that meet the criteria will be handled on time.
  • 4.2 Disclaimer: Platform is not liable for delays due to:
    • False or incomplete user info
    • Force majeure (natural disasters, network outages, etc.)
    • Refund delays caused by banks or payment processors

Article 5: Service Changes

  • Terms may be updated as needed. Users will be notified via app or announcement.
  • Users abusing the service (e.g., false/frequent claims) may have access revoked.

Article 6: Others

  • Unmentioned matters follow the Platform User Agreement.
  • Botslab reserves final interpretation rights.
